Property Description:

Location is everything, and with the beautiful Jubilee Lake just a short stroll away, this spacious ground floor apartment is one you won’t want to miss.

Why Buy This Home…

Offering generous room sizes, practical storage and recent updates, it provides an excellent opportunity for first-time buyers, downsizers or investors alike.

Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the recently fitted flooring in the welcoming entrance hallway, setting the tone for the well-presented accommodation beyond.

Positioned to the right of the hallway is the principal bedroom, which is noticeably larger than many two-bedroom apartments within the development. There’s ample space for a king-size bed, bedside tables and freestanding wardrobes, while the large window allows natural light to flood the room, creating a bright and airy feel.

The apartment also benefits from two useful storage cupboards. One is ideal for keeping coats, shoes and household essentials neatly tucked away, while the second is currently utilised as a utility area, housing the washing machine and providing additional storage space.

The second bedroom is another generous room and is currently being used as the main bedroom by the current owners. It comfortably accommodates a double bed, making it perfect as a guest room, children’s bedroom or home office.

At the heart of the home is the impressive living space, offering plenty of room for both relaxing and dining. The adjoining kitchen features classic white shaker-style units complemented by ash-effect worktops, creating a timeless look. There is space for a fridge freezer and dishwasher, along with an integrated oven and electric hob, making it both practical and stylish.

Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom, fitted with attractive tiling and comprising a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.

Combining spacious accommodation with an enviable location close to Jubilee Lake, this apartment offers comfortable living in a setting that is always in demand.

More about the location…..

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys’ crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston. Newton Leys Pavilion is now open and has daily classes such as Five Star Fitness, Badminton, Amy’s Dance Academy, Zumba and Yoga. There is also a community hall and meeting rooms, making it ideal for parties and private functions.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. ft Asda. The Turing Key pub opened its doors at the end of April 2019 and has already become the heart of the community. It is in good company as there numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
