    I can’t speak highly enough of Lydia and Katy at Lion Estates. They went above and beyond to accommodate me in their busy schedules, demonstrating incredible efficiency and proactivity throughout the process.

    Lion Estates have been phenomenal in selling our house in Milton Keynes.

    I was clearly sceptical and had my own doubts as we struggled with 2 other estate agents to sell our house in the first place. But after wasting unsuccessful few months, I decided to give them a go. Right from the time I spoke to Lydia on the call, I got a very positive vibe and after just one meeting, they were on the go in a week.

    Despite having her own wedding in a matter of couple of days, Sara was extremely kind enough to get the best pictures of the house and highlight it in the best of light. The two ladies completely took over and got such great pictures and they had a great sense of what the buyer is actually looking for. This is an extremely crucial step which stood out from the other agents.

    There was no delay whatsoever in marketing the house asap and the communication was so good that I didn't have to chase them once(was complete opposite with both the other agents). Lydia got 3 views within a week of the house going on the market and one of these buyers actually bought the house(although had few more after that)! I couldn't believe how quickly they sold after us being on the market for nearly 3 months with other agents. Lydia also got the best offer for us! Her energy, attention to detail and positivity are simply great. She recommended to us few small changes that would help the house look better which we gladly did and it really helped.

    The marketing strategy and communication of Lion Estates is second to none and they are extremely efficient and actually want to sell the house like they own it unlike others out there.

    The sales progression by Gemma in the beginning followed by Elliott was great and we couldn't have completed within the crunch period we were in, without him. The solicitors were very slow and it was Elliott who actually got them going and got the completion on time. He would even respond to emails on weekends to calm our nerves and was always available to guide us in the right way. He represented us as sellers so well when the buyer's solicitors(and to an extent, our solicitors too!) were actually giving us such a tough time.

    From my experience from previous two high street agents, forget the actual job they need to do, they don't even care to listen and respond to our concerns. However, it was complete opposite with Lion as Lydia and Elliott actually listened and noted every single detail about the house and our concerns and addressed it very honestly which is really appreciated.

    If you are looking to buy or sell with Lion Estates, it is a no-brainer as they are the best!

    My experience with Lion Estates has been very good.
    The solicitors Mason, Sara and Ayesha were hands on in answering any of my queries, extremely knowledgeable about the process and my sale went through smoothly.
    Now coming to the marketing of my house; I was lucky to have Sharon Nasir-Woods as my sales representative.
    She is such a keen promoter of the sale of the property. Sharon is very hands on and goes way beyond any high street estate agency does for their clients. She takes interest in every aspect of the sales and has so much enthusiasm for the sale to go through.
    When it came to showcasing the house; she makes sure that it is done to the best and even goes so far as to arrange the furniture and move it back so that the client is not inconvenienced. I have never known an estate agent going so far to do so much for the sale of their house.
    She is ready to work on a Sunday and late in the evening for the buyers. Another aspect is that Sharon has wide contacts and is able to help in anyway if required to put things right for the buyer's surveyor's report and my house sale went through without a hitch due to Sharon's help in this matter.
    She supervises the builder's work if brought in by her and is hands on to inspect it later on.
    I know of no other estate agent who cares so much for their clients. Her caring nature and warmth certainly comes through when she promises to sell your house for the best asking price.
    I would not hesitate to recommend Sharon who is an independent estate agent linked to Lion Estates.

    Our lovely estate agent Lydia went above and beyond to sell our property. She has been amazing since the day she came to see us till the end of the process. Great communication throughout the whole process from Lydia and it continued via their Sales progressor team (Elliott and Gemma) once we sold the property. Highly recommend Lion Estates.

    I have had the pleasure of purchasing a property from Lydia very recently. I was a first time buyer and didn’t know what to expect, the process etc. Lydia has been amazing! She is professional and kept me updated the whole time, whilst easing my anxiety as well. We encountered a small issue, but Lydia jumped in and provided numerous solutions and resolutions. I would not want to deal with any else!!! Thank you Lydia for all your support, I wouldn’t be a homeowner without you!

    Lion Estates were brilliant. Being of an age where we have sold a number of houses this was the best estate agent experience.
    Special mention should be made of their sales progressor Elliott Jacobs, without whose tenacity I'm sure our sale would have fallen through, and kept us smiling when all seemed bleak.

    We recently completed the purchase of our new home that was being sold by Lion Estates. From the very beginning the communication was excellent, first of all dealing with Dom to arrange a viewing and then negotiating on the offer.

    We had quite a lengthy process due to solicitors and everything that comes with buying and selling in the UK. It was made a lot smoother thanks to Elliot at Lion Estates who was the sales progressor for the purchase. He helped with communication between solicitors and even assisted on our sale, this definitely eased the stress! They also took the time to arrange another viewing before completion.

    Everyone in the team we spoke to were very friendly, helpful and honest. I’d certainly recommend them and use them in future for selling a property.
